Career planning services are available to all prospective, new, current, and returning students. The mission of the career planning services is to assist students in setting clear, 可实现的, satisfying career goals and in identifying strategies to achieve those goals.

Many students enter college undecided about their major. Many students who have declared a major still may be undecided. The 职业规划 and Counseling 服务 (CPCS) staff assists undecided students in clarifying goals and choosing a college major. Topics discussed during the career planning session may include:

  • Strengths, interests, values and skills

  • Personal , educational, and career assessments
  • Development of career plans
  • Successful career transitions
  • 职业发展机会

  • 支持服务

Current student but still “unsure” about your major?

Students who have declared a major once they have started 皮埃蒙特 技术学院 may become uncertain about the major they have chosen. Students who are uncertain about their future program of study are encouraged to make an appointment with a career counselor in the 职业规划 and Counseling 服务 (CPCS).
