可访问性的指导方针

在开发在线课程和讲座课程时，坚持网站可访问性指南将使所有学生受益，包括那些视觉障碍者, 听力, 行动和学习障碍.

联邦法律要求:

“Requiring use of an emerging technology in a classroom environment when the technology is inaccessible to an entire population of individuals with disabilities… is discrimination prohibited by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) unless those individuals are provided accommodations or modifications that permit them to receive all the educational benefits provided by the technology in an equally effective and equally integrated manner.”  致每个学院和大学校长的亲爱的同事信. http://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/letters/colleague-20100629.html

无障碍的定义:
